Product Information:

Life On Multi-Life® for Women is a multivitamin and mineral supplement designed specifically for women, with the added benefits of Cranberry and Ashwagandha Extracts, CoQ10, Collagen and Inositol.

Multi-Life® for Women contains a carefully selected range of vitamins and minerals such as:

Vitamins B6, B12 and Vitamin D to contribute to the normal function of the immune system and alongside Folic Acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal hormonal activity and normal red blood cell formation.

Folic acid has a role in the process of cell division whilst contributing to normal amino acid synthesis and normal blood formation.

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, as well as normal cognitive function and oxygen transport in the body, with Vitamin C to increase the absorption of Iron.

Copper contributes to normal iron transport in the body, as well as the normal pigmentation of hair and skin.

Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and skin, alongside Selenium to contribute to the maintenance of normal nails and thyroid function.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of gums, teeth, skin, bones and cartilage and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis, normal fertility and reproduction and the maintenance of normal vision.

 

Alongside these beneficial vitamins and minerals, Multi-Life® for Women also provides:

Collagen - Collagen is effective in wrinkle reduction, skin rejuvenation, and skin aging reversal (1).

Cranberry Extract - Cranberry consumption may prevent bacterial adherence to uroepithelial cells, reducing UTI related symptoms. Cranberry consumption could also decrease UTI related symptoms by suppressing inflammatory cascades as an immunologic response to bacterial invasion (2).

Ashwagandha Extract – Ashwagandha extract can be beneficial in reducing stress and anxiety(3) and may improve sexual function in otherwise healthy women (4).

Co Enzyme Q10 – CoQ10 may help with exercise performance and decrease oxidative stress in the cells(5).

D-Chiro & Myo Inositol - Inositol may be beneficial for improving the function of the ovaries and fertility in women with PCOS (6,7,8) and may improve menstrual cycle regularity, ovulation, and pregnancy rates in women with PCOS (9,10,11).

Directions for use:

Take two tablets daily, with food and water.

Do not exceed the recommended intake.
